Chilli / Lemon Schnapps
According to the Danish newspaper Dagbladet Politiken "an excellent spiced schnapps" - designed for the contemporary kitchen, from herring and prawns to shellfish and sushi. A good example of a schnapps to be enjoyed any time in the year. The chilli/lemon schnapps has been distilled from organic lemons, peeled by hand, as well as organic chilli pepper. And remember: Chilli is supposed to taste nice, and not just give you a burning sensation.
